Urban Warzone (Unrated) RP OOC

Welcome to Valais! It's a thriving, prosperous town where the neighbors are friendly and everyone gets along beautifully. At least, that's how it used to be. Twelve years ago, there was an incident in which several police officers hand cuffed and beat several teenage boys, nearly killing them. The entire incident got national media attention and was broadcast on prime time news for months on end. After two years of fierce trials and deliberations, all of the police officers were acquitted of all charges, including assault, battery, and unnecessary use of force. The town erupted into chaos. There were riots in the streets, small businesses were destroyed, fire departments fell victim to arson, and the police were unable to quell the unrest. From the chaos of the day, two gangs were born and took root in the north and south.

Northern Eagles

The Northern Eagles are a group of highly organized and very disciplined free-runners. They Specialize in hand-to-hand combat and operate out of an abandoned factory near the outskirts of the city. They dominate the Industrial area of the north in militant fashion. They take protection money from everyone in their jurisdiction and protect their territory fiercely. They swear to never abuse their power and are fairly well liked by those who obey them. Those who disobey wind up kidnapped, missing, or dead in their homes. They employ both men and women and wear black shirts, tennis shoes, and black hoodies with thier distinctive design, a pair of white wings, sown into the back, over each shoulder. They move mainly at night. They are sworn enemies of the Southern Jackals.

Southern Jackals

The Southern Jackals are a rag-tag group of thugs that control the rural south. They Specialize in ambush tactics and carry heavy firepower. They, too, defend their territory fiercely. They operate out of an abandoned farm at the southern edge of the city. They collect revenue from protection, drugs, and prostitution. They generally only accept men as members, many of which are womanizers and heavy drinkers. Only a few women ever make it into their ranks. Those who they reign over come to fear them. They routinely use their power to get free food, alcohol, and take advantage of the wives or daughters of men in debt. Those who cannot pay are publicly executed. They wear Brown t-shits, baggy grey-green pants, and construction boots. They move at any time and are the sworn enemies of the Northern Eagles.

Police, FBI, SWAT
Law enforcement officials brought in from all over the4 country with the sole purpose of putting an end to the gangs of the north and south. They protect the Central Business District and use it as a staging point for raids on Eagle and Jackal operations. the FBI provides the information that the police and SWAT act upon. They all come together to become a powerful unit that both the Eagle and the Jackal do not take lightly.

Okay. Considering this RP IS Unrated, there will be sex allowed. There will be no limitations on how vivid or descriptive you can be with it. However. There will be several strict restrictions that i will enforce relentelssy.
Those restrictions are as follows:

The act of sex with an NPC can only span one post, and can last a maximum 5 paragraphs. That's 5 sets of 5 sentences. Each paragraph is to be separated from the previous by one blank line.

Sex with another character can only last a collective 4 posts and the act of sex can only be 3 paragraphs per post The definition of a paragraph is the same as the first rule. 5 sentences, each paragraph sepatated by one blank line

Once sex has occurred, it cannot occur again, in any form, for three full pages. That means if someone gets a BJ on page one (yes, that counts as sex), no one can have sex, implied or explicit, until page 4.

Personality: loyal, Intelligent, sarcastic, and brutally honest. His tough exterior belies a more gentle side he refuses to exhibit for fear of looking weak.

Weapons: Silence MP5 and a pair of knives on his belt

History: Will has a profound sense of loyalty and a deep hatred for the police. His brother was one of the teenagers beaten thirteen years ago. He was forced to go to court and testify against the officers and watched the men who had beaten his brother into a hospital bed walk free. When the northern Eagles began their rise to power he was first in line to join them. He helped them push out all rivals and went out of his way to kill officers. He is both loved and respected by his gang.

Is there a limit to guns? Like can SWAT have different primaries depending on the situation?

IF you go Eagle, your guns would have to stay small and light, since the eagles have to run. If you go south, you can carry anything. SWAT would have different weapons regardless. and sure. you can get a baton.

Appearance: Short choppy, burgundy blood hair with blue, red, and purple streaks. Tall and skinny. Has a scar on her back from a childhood experience. Legs are extremely strong, but arms are only average. Gray eyes; pale. Wears only black,green,red, or white. Hoodie, capris and boots fit nicely.

Personality: Treats all Eagles like family [kind and willing to help any of them out, tries to keep peace between the group, the older “Little” sister to all.] Treats all Jackals like shits [dirt, deserve to get beat, and will do anything to see their downfall. Anything.] Violent; but has little temper and is very patient. Very outgoing, and seems almost unwise with how daring she is.

Weapons: Glock 9mm[normal bullets and shrapnel bullets], tazer [police issued, obtained from friend], and a knife.

History: Very kind to most people, so she gets along with most. Has a friend in the local police force, which has proven to be helpful in the past, and is willing to support her. She will try to use this relationship to help her, and is willing to act nicely to enforcement, if they do what she wants. This deal only holds up the the local police. FBI SWAT and other police forces are all idiots and she has, and will, revolt against them. Brother lives away, but is an Eagle. Mother and Father love her, but try to stay out of her way. Joined the Eagles because of her brother, and is well respected, and important. Has already killed two Jackals and is recognized by the group, especially by her hair.

Personality: Pretty Laid Back. Like to crack jokes and whatnot. Can also be lazy, but when it comes to showtime, he's on the ball. It's like there's two people in him. He's laid back out of uniform, but once he gets into the SWAT uniform, he puts on his gameface.

History: Drake lives and breathes SWAT. He is the epitome of a SWAT personnel. He excelled in sniper school and firearms at the Academy. He was recruited by the Valais SWAT team straight from the academy. Drake felt ashamed that such officers got off easy after beating those punks. Though those same punks killed his family after destroying their little restaurant. Drake was in the Academy when it happened, so he couldn't do anything, now in SWAT, he vows to rid the streets of the Eagle and Jackal. Squad Alpha Member.

Personality: Fits the Strong Silent type to a T. He is a man of few words, but when he speaks everyone listens. Always puts his subordinates first.

History: Kai was the man who pushed for better SWAT weaponry. Tho many were against it, others saw it as a better solution than outdated SWAT weaponry. Kai still believes in the safety of everyone, therefore he tells his sqaud to analyze before pulling the trigger. SWAT Vet, he is the best at what he does. His only true successor as Captain is Drake.

History: has never had a good relationship with his father, was raised by his mother and his 3 older sisters. growing up he was teased by other kids for his unusual strength and his lack in social skills as he would never stand up for himself. he had one friend growing up, who eventually grew up too become his girlfriend but for certain reasons broke up with him. in the wake of his break-up the riots kicked off and everything fell apart, one day as he was traveling too the market he noticed jackals beating on a group of teenage girls and acted. for that incident which he put 3 jackals in the hospital, he has been marked by the jackels as a wanted man .Because he was marked by the jackals and had no respect for the police, he thought of joining the eagles but was rejected because the leaders thought that the other members would end up betraying him at some point. with nowhere too go he went too the jackals too settle his debt so there would be peace in his area of the city.

Appearance: 5.7, voluptuous but muscular, short dark brown hair with fire engine red highlights, icy blue eyes , ivory white skin, piercings all through her earlobes and one on her tongue, a black tattoo of a dragon laying down around her neck and resting its head on her right breast. Wears low cut brown t-shits, baggy grey-green pants, and red steeltoed construction boots.

Personality: A bit raunchy and sarcastic, with bad attitude and short temper. Can be charming when wants to, but doesn't trust people at all. More or less hates women and prefers to hang out with guys. Cannot stand stupid or slow people. Has buried any resemblance of moral values and consciousness pretty deep, and goes about using people as she pleases.

History: Grew up with verbally and physically abusive mother at the south end of the city. Father had been a nice guy but died when she was only a toddler. She run away from home at the age of 15 when her mother came after her with a knife. Begun living in the streets and leaning how to fight, shoot and pick locks and pick pocket through out the years. Hung out with a shady group of 5 guys called "The Monks" for a while, till they turned on her and tried killing an raping her. She managed to get away and kill 2 of them. After that she pretty much lost her trust in people. She kept going making some "friends" joining random thieving and making herself a stronger fighter.

Vic's a fast runner, has a good aim and has excellent hand to hand combat skills. She eventually met some guys from the Jacals who were trying to pick her up and cheat her in poker. After beating the living crap out of them, they suggested that she might be good material to join their gang. She really had no reason not to, so she has been with the Jacals for 7 years now gaining their respect and some "friendships" but feels no real loyalty to anyone. As long as they keep her amused and financially stable she's fine sticking with the gang. She drinks, steals, fucks, gambles, and kills, what ever seems enjoyable that day.

Appearance: 5' 9", a bit chubby but still fit. Has black hair to her shoulder with bangs to her nose. Hair parted to the right. Medium Tan skin.

Personality: Tends to be sarcastic to those around her, but tries to keep her mouth shut in front of her superiors. Has nervous tendicies, but uses them to her advantage when needed in certain situations. Very intelligent and is not afraid to show it, but tends to get people mad at her for it. Has a strong sense of justice and is incredibly honest, even if people hate her when she voices her opinions.

HIstory: Gil was enrolled in private academy's all her life and excelled in all subjects especially the sciences. She graduated at the age of 18 from UCF with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. GIl's family were all cops, so when she was accepted to the FBI at the age of 19 they were impressed and elated at their little girl's accomplishment. She completed training at the top of her class. Gil is in the agency along with her older and slightly overbearing brother. They tend to work together on operations, of which he is incharge of to keep an eye on her, so she doesn't get hurt. GIl resents this, but loves and appreciates her brother looking out for her even if it gets annoying.
Gil is also very well trained in many types of martial arts and is able to use any firearm given to her.

Name: Kilik Yun Soon (aka. KYS)

Gender:Male

Appearance: 5'10, skinny build, asian background, Hair = black bed hair, TERRIBLE posture, quick and agile but lacks strength, headfones pernam ently attatched to him (even when theres nothing to plug them into, WAT A FREAK).

Personality: Quiet/Loner type remains silent in most cases (speaks with his actions type of guy), keeps to himself but does open up to a select few. Has a big temper but USUALLY takes it out at the shooting range. Rather blunt when he does speak and has terrible manners. Limited attention span. Is not ur typical policeman, can/has been bribed but does have his own moral limit occasionally turns a blind eye when he is not on the job.

History: Brought up in a low to middle class family, both mother and father extremly far away, no relatives to speak of in the area. Public education, which he passed but did not bother to try in, joined the police force out of lack of options. Got transferred to Valais a few months as punishment for shooting his commanding officer in the kneecap. Valais was considered a living hell in his hometown and his parents feared for his wellbeing, but Kilik enjoys the constant warfare compared to his droll life beforehand.

Appearance: 6'2" jet black hair, brown eyes, slight muscular build, wearing a brown jacket, along with the normal jackal look.

Personality: intelligent, slightly sarcastic, great at strategic thinking, as well as a logical one, can pick almost any lock, deadly loyal to his group (because they raised him), kind toward the people in his group, only dose guarding work, refuses to do other work.

Weapons: throwing knife's, m16, P-90

History: became an orphan around the age of 15, was picked up by jackals when they though they saw some talent in him. Sometimes C.J. doesn’t agree with some of the things they do but he feels as if he owes the group, and his father wound up being killed by the eagles so he also hates the man who killed him. Over the years he honed his lock picking skill and can now pick almost any lock and is a fairly good code breaker( he has this skill for no real reason other than the fact it interests him) . Has become a great strategic thinker and is well known among the jackals. Also great at hand to hand combat he learned form his father, before he was killed.
